Legacy Built has been around since 1981 and has been trusted with $547 Million in funding. Investing with Legacy Built yields a higher return on investments, because we internalize the development, construction, and asset management.
Legacy Built will acquire the land, use a combination of non-recourse, low leverage debt and equity to build and develop the property. The property will lease up and be held for 5-7 years and will have a target property level return of a 14% IRR. Cash flow produced by the property will be distributed back to the investors/owners and upon a sale, proceeds will be distributed. This investment strategy will be a core fund strategy and will utilize approximately 60% of the funds available for investing.
Legacy Built Growth & Opportunity Fund is focused on providing investors with high growth potential as well as long term, stable income by utilizing our 3 core investment strategies along with our strategic preferred partnerships with Extra Space Storage, Life Storage, Public Storage and Strategic Storage Trust. The company will be able to provide safe and stable returns from existing and proven cash flowing properties as well as the opportunity for high returns and wealth creation typical from repurposing Big Box real estate and ground up development.
