Where It All Began

Carlo left Sicily at a young age with his large family in search of a better life in the United States. With the family came old-world values and an understanding of the value and rewards of hard work and dedication. After bringing his future wife to the States and beginning the next chapter of their life together, Carlo focused on hard work to enable an investment in apartment buildings in Queens, New York. Those wise investments were the foundation for the future that has become Legacy Built.

He excelled in school, but the community was in a transition that Carlo feared would not provide the best future for his family. His choice was once again to move in search of a safe place to foster success for the family. The location he selected was Scottsdale, Arizona. This booming area became the ideal place for Carlo to apply his skills in the building industry, as well as his knowledge of real estate and self-storage facilities. And under his watchful eye, Tony learned the business from start to finish, beginning in the planning stages and progressing through construction and completion of each Legacy Built project.
